Overview
We totally get it — sometimes the size just isn’t right. That said, we offer size exchanges only, NO REFUNDS, and they must follow the rules below.
Size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing exchange

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund Exception Policy (Damaged or Undelivered Items)
We do not offer refunds as a standard practice. Refunds are reviewed and approved only in the limited situations outlined below.
Eligible Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- Your order is marked as delivered but was not received
No other situations qualify for a refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label are required.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged items must be returned to us before a refund can be approved.
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll determine eligibility. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be approved.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- We may require additional information and/or a carrier investigation.
- A refund will only be issued if the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Important Notes
- Refunds are reviewed and approved at our discretion.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, late, or appear fraudulent.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 795 county route 111, Hannacroix NY, 12087.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
